Join us for our annual scholarship golf tournament at our new venue - Mayacoo Lakes Country Club - for a rare chance to play at this private club... an exceptional golf course design combined with pristine playing conditions!

All proceeds go to the Palm Beach County Gator Club® Scholarship Fund, directly benefiting local high school graduates attending the University of Florida!

The Herbert Wertheim UF Scripps Institute for Biomedical Innovation & Technology is renowned for its cutting-edge research and state-of-the-art facilities, making it a hub for groundbreaking discoveries in biomedical science. Join us for an exciting event where we'll highlight how UF scientists in Jupiter have the unique expertise and resources to power major discoveries that address a world of unmet medical needs.

Hear from James Burke, PhD, about how the Burke lab, one of the 40+ labs at the Institute, is on a mission to uncover the secrets of how our bodies detect and fight off sneaky viruses like the flu, SARS, and West Nile virus. By understanding how our cells sense and combat these viruses, we can develop new treatments to protect ourselves from dangerous infections.

Don't miss this chance to learn about the amazing ways our bodies defend against viruses and how science in Palm Beach County is working to keep us safe.

Our annual Welcome to the Gatorhood event, recognizing new graduates and new moves to our area, is coupled with our annual Season Kickoff Event on Saturday, August 3rd at Roxy’s Pub in downtown West Palm Beach! Come by for complimentary light hors d’oeuvers and non-alcoholic drinks.

At this event, we will be holding a blood drive! Register to donate blood during the event in the OneBlood Challenge - the Gator Club® with the most donations wins $1000 for their scholarship fund, and each donor receives a $20 eGift card and a FLORIDA GATORS ONEBLOOD T-SHIRT.
